Description: I created a comprehensive brand identity and digital presence for Plant’s Landscaping, a well-established landscaping company in Northeast Ohio with over 40 years of experience. The owner sought a clean, professional, and easily recognizable brand that would reflect the company’s long-standing expertise and the precision of their landscaping services. The core of this identity is a distinctive logo, an abstract tree icon that cleverly incorporates the monogram “PL” within its design. This subtle integration reinforces the company’s name while symbolizing their connection to nature.
To visually represent the landscaping aspect of the business, I selected a color palette that evokes the natural environment: a light forest green and a vibrant yellow-green accent, subtly reflecting the changing seasons. The typography and overall design aesthetic are modern and bold, featuring clean lines and rounded typefaces to convey a sense of neatness and precision. This reflects Plant’s Landscaping’s expertise in transforming overgrown landscapes into beautifully curated spaces.
The branding was extended across various marketing materials, including professional business cards, eye-catching vehicle wraps, and branded t-shirt designs, ensuring consistent representation across all touchpoints. Additionally, I designed and developed the company’s website on WordPress using the PRO theme. The website features a clean, user-friendly design that is scalable across all devices, from mobile to desktop. I also contributed to the website’s copywriting, ensuring clear and concise messaging that aligned with the brand’s professional image. The owner was particularly pleased with the logo’s modern aesthetic and the clever integration of the “PL” monogram within the tree icon, which he felt perfectly captured the essence of his brand.
